In partnership with the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) and the Wisconsin Health Care Association, we are pleased to announce the dates, time and locations for the Spring Nursing Home Regional Forums. The time for all of the forums will be 10:00 am – Noon. All will be in person. We are sorry but there will not be a remote option. The dates and locations for each forum will be:
Special Instructions: The Faith and Life Center has its own entrance, marked on the attached map with a red star. Attendees will have access to onsite parking in three locations. Attendees should use the North Drive Entrance off North 92nd Street. See map.
Special Instructions: Please enter the driveway that has garages on the right-hand side. Park anywhere in the parking lot and enter through the main door. The community center is directly past the reception desk and please follow the posted signage.
