We are pleased to announce that LeadingAge Wisconsin will once again conduct a comprehensive long-term care compensation survey in partnership with MRA – The Management Association, a third-party nonprofit employer association.
Your participation is essential to the success and value of this survey.
On Monday, June 1, each member organization’s primary contact and HR director (if on file with LeadingAge Wisconsin) received an individualized, secure survey link from MRA. All survey data will be managed by MRA in accordance with strict confidentiality standards and anti-trust Safe Harbor guidelines.
The survey will remain open through Friday, July 3, 2026. If your organization does not receive the survey email, please contact Kate Battiato, VP of media and community impact.
Survey results will be compiled into two reports:
Only organizations that participate in the survey will be eligible to purchase the reports. The reports will be sold together as a package for $495 and are expected to be available by September 1, 2026. For MRA members, all fees are waived.
The survey includes both wage and benefits data for 96 positions ranging from executive leadership to frontline staff across skilled nursing, assisted living, home health, and independent living settings. The reports provide organizations with a valuable benchmarking tool to help ensure compensation and benefits packages remain competitive in today’s workforce environment.
The survey invitation email will come from salarysurvey.mranet@periscopeiq.com.
To help ensure delivery, please add @periscopeiq.com and surveys@mranet.org to your safe senders list.
We appreciate your participation and look forward to your involvement in this important industry resource.
