Our Workforce Network, sponsored by EasyShifts, brings together organizational leaders, HR professionals, and workforce strategists focused on strengthening recruitment, retention, and staff development across long-term care. Members collaborate on best practices for workforce planning, compensation and benefits trends, onboarding and training programs, and strategies to build a stable, engaged, and mission‑driven workforce. The committee provides a forum to address ongoing challenges such as staffing shortages, turnover, agency reliance, workplace culture, and regulatory considerations affecting personnel management.

Participants share practical tools for enhancing employee engagement, optimizing scheduling practices, implementing career‑pathing initiatives, and supporting staff well‑being and resilience. The committee also monitors statewide and national workforce policy developments, helping organizations understand implications for compliance, funding, and operational planning. Through education, shared resources, and peer support, the Workforce Network strengthens the capacity of member organizations to recruit high‑quality talent, support professional growth, and sustain a strong workforce across all care settings.
