LeadingAge Wisconsin members are invited to share their perspectives on the future of long-term services and supports (LTSS) in Wisconsin through a new statewide survey from Common Good Philanthropies and Envision Greater Green Bay.

As Wisconsin’s LTSS landscape continues to evolve, organizations are navigating new technologies, demographic shifts, workforce challenges, and changing expectations for how services are delivered to older adults and people with disabilities. The Wisconsin Statewide Discovery Survey is designed to better understand what organizations are experiencing today and identify opportunities to build a more resilient future for the sector.

Leaders and professionals working throughout LTSS are encouraged to participate. More than one person from the same organization may complete the survey, allowing individuals in different roles to contribute their perspectives and help provide a more complete picture of the field.

The survey takes approximately 12–15 minutes to complete and will remain open through September 30, 2026. Responses are confidential and will be reported only in summary form. Statewide findings will be shared publicly following the survey to support future learning and planning.

From Discovery to Foresight

The survey is the first step in a three-year partnership between Common Good Philanthropies and Envision Greater Green Bay to bring Strategic Foresight to Wisconsin-based nonprofits working in the LTSS sector.

Survey findings will help inform future opportunities aimed at helping organizations anticipate change, explore emerging possibilities, and prepare for what comes next.

Help Ensure LeadingAge Wisconsin Providers Are Represented

A strong statewide picture depends on hearing from people working across different communities, service areas, regions, and roles. LeadingAge Wisconsin encourages members to participate and to share the survey with colleagues and others in their professional networks who support older adults and people with disabilities.

The more perspectives represented, the more useful the findings can be in helping Wisconsin’s LTSS sector understand current challenges and prepare for the future.
