The future of aging services isn’t waiting — and neither can we.
LeadingAge Wisconsin is excited to unveil the theme for our 2027 Annual Conference: The Power of Now.
The Power of Now is about recognizing the importance of this moment and taking action that shapes what comes next. Across aging services, leaders are navigating workforce challenges, financial pressures, evolving expectations, regulatory change and rapid innovation. But within those challenges lies extraordinary opportunity.
The decisions we make today will help define the experience of aging for years to come. This is the moment to lead with clarity, courage and purpose — and to turn today’s challenges into tomorrow’s breakthroughs.
And we’re looking for leaders, innovators and experts who can help us do just that.
We invite you to share your expertise, experiences, ideas and practical solutions with aging services professionals from across Wisconsin. Whether you have an innovative approach that is producing results, lessons learned from tackling a persistent challenge, emerging research to share or a fresh perspective that can help leaders think differently, we want to hear from you.
The Power of Now means focusing on what matters most today while preparing our organizations and our field for what comes next. We’re looking for educational sessions that equip attendees with practical knowledge, inspire new thinking and spark meaningful conversations they can take back to their organizations.
Have an idea worth sharing? Now is the time.
The call for proposals will remain open through November, so start thinking about the knowledge, solutions and experiences you can bring to the conversation. Submit your proposal and help us build a 2027 conference focused on bold leadership, practical solutions and meaningful connections that move our field forward.
And while May might feel a long way off, now is also the time to mark your calendar for May 5-7, 2027, in La Crosse.
Because progress doesn’t happen someday.
