What happens when Wisconsin's aging services community comes together for three days of learning, connection, celebration and inspiration? Something pretty special!
Change Makers: 2026 Annual Conference and 46th Annual Exhibitors Forum brought aging services professionals from across Wisconsin to Green Bay, September 29–October 1, for an incredible gathering of people who share a commitment to advancing aging services.
From thought-provoking educational sessions and engaging conversations to new friendships and memorable celebrations, the conference was a reminder of the power of bringing our community together.
As we look back on the experience, four themes capture what made Change Makers 2026 so special:
Leading in Professional Development. With 42 educational sessions, attendees explored new ideas, gained valuable insights and strengthened the knowledge and skills they bring to their organizations every day.
Leading in Connections & Collaboration. Whether connecting with colleagues during profession-based networking meetings, exchanging ideas between sessions or discovering new solutions at the Exhibitors Forum, attendees built relationships that will continue long after the conference.
Leading in Community. From the Welcome Reception to the Hospitality Reception and Hosted Hop, the conference provided opportunities to reconnect with longtime colleagues, make new friends and celebrate the people who make Wisconsin's aging services community so special.
Leading in Inspiration. Through inspiring presentations, meaningful conversations and opportunities to recognize the accomplishments of our peers, attendees were reminded of the difference they make in the lives of older adults and the communities they serve.
LeadingAge Wisconsin extends its sincere appreciation to everyone who helped make Change Makers 2026 a success, including our attendees, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, volunteers and members. Your enthusiasm, expertise and commitment are what bring this conference to life.
While the conference has come to a close, the ideas exchanged, relationships strengthened and inspiration sparked will continue to shape the important work happening in aging services organizations throughout Wisconsin.
