From Insight to Action: Using Data to Drive Strategic Planning
A robust evaluation process for developing an organization’s strategic plan should be inclusive and comprehensive. It must address internal strengths and vulnerabilities, external opportunities and risks, and long-term sustainability. Planning efforts should integrate operational, financial, and spatial needs for staff and residents, design, and facility goals, creating a framework that is both visionary and executable.
