"I am deeply honored and truly grateful to be recognized as a McKnight’s Woman of Distinction", said Janke. "To be included among such an extraordinary group of leaders and change makers is both humbling and inspiring. This recognition reflects not only my personal journey, but also the mentors, colleagues, and organizations who have supported and challenged me along the way. I am proud to stand alongside so many remarkable women who are shaping the future of our field with passion, integrity, and purpose."

The program, in its eighth year, recognizes women who have made significant contributions to the senior living, skilled nursing or home care fields. Veteran VIPs are women who have more than 15 years of experience in the industry and generally are at a level of lower than vice president or the equivalent.

Nominations were judged by an external panel of industry experts. All winners will be honored at our in-person celebration on May 4 in Chicago.
