REGISTER NOW: LeadingAge Feedback Session on the GUIDE model

This Members-Only event on July 30th at 1pm CST, will give those currently using GUIDE, the opportunity to share feedback and help to build the future model.

The Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience or GUIDE model has been in operation for two years now and CMMI recently updated the participation agreement between CMMI and those leading GUIDE programs.

LeadingAge thought this would be a good time to get feedback from members engaged in GUIDE to see what is working, what challenges they still face, what ideas they have for improving the model, and what concerns they may have about the impact of the new participation agreement on their ability to succeed under GUIDE. Therefore, LeadingAge is hosting a GUIDE feedback session on July 30 at 1pm CST.  LeadingAge will share what is learned from this event with CMMI GUIDE model staff to shape the next six years of the model. LeadingAge provider members can find the event link and register here to participate.
