LeadingAge Wisconsin offers members a variety of opportunities to connect and learn from one another both in person and virtually, and our member community groups provide a dynamic virtual space for that collaboration.

Building on the success of our long-standing “Let’s Talk” listservs, these groups offer enhanced tools for networking and information sharing. Each community includes a message board that delivers the same peer-to-peer exchange members value in a listserv, with the added advantage of archived, searchable conversations—no more digging through old emails to find that one helpful exchange. Members can also upload documents and tools to create a shared resource library tailored to each group’s focus.

Many LeadingAge Wisconsin members use community groups to connect with others in the same line of work. Joining is simple and members are able to pose questions, comments and ideas to the group, as well as receive the weekly digest and access club resources, exclusive only to members of each community group.

This week, we are excited to add a community group for Rehabilitation Directors. In a climate where many organizations have returned to in-house therapy departments, having a strong community of peers to exchange ideas, share experiences, and learn from one another is more important than ever.
