LeadingAge Wisconsin is pleased to announce that Lisa McCracken, Head of Research & Analytics at the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC), will be joining us as a featured speaker at our upcoming CEO Network Gathering held November 12th and 13th in Madison WI.

This fall’s gathering is centered around Growth: how we define it, where it comes from, and how today’s leaders can position their organizations for sustainable growth in an evolving market. Lisa’s perspective could not be more timely. Through her work at NIC, Lisa sits at the intersection of data, demographics, capital, consumer behavior, healthcare, and the future of senior housing and care. She brings a distinctive ability to look beyond the numbers and help leaders understand what the data is telling us about where the industry is headed, and where meaningful opportunities for growth may emerge. At NIC, Lisa leads the organization’s research and analytics team, developing actionable insights on the challenges and opportunities shaping the sector. NIC’s work is focused on bringing greater transparency to senior housing and care through data, research, analytics, and connections between industry leaders and capital providers.

For our CEO community, that perspective offers an important lens on growth. As demographics shift, demand evolves, capital markets change, and the expectations of older adults continue to transform, the question isn’t simply how do we grow? It’s where should we grow, what will drive that growth, and what do we need to understand today to capitalize on tomorrow’s opportunities?

Lisa’s career spans senior living, healthcare, finance, consumer research, and emerging trends, giving her a broad view of the forces shaping our industry. She brings both the data and the context to help leaders translate market trends into strategic decisions. We’re especially excited to have Lisa join us because the most valuable conversations about growth often begin by looking beyond our own organizations and to the bigger forces reshaping our markets, our customers, and our opportunities.

We look forward to welcoming Lisa to open our gathering on Thursday, November 12th setting the tone for this event, hearing her perspective, and engaging in the conversation about what Growth means for the next chapter of our industry.

The LeadingAge Wisconsin CEO Network Gathering is by invitation only.  If you have not received an invitation, but are interested in joining, please contact VP of Development and Outreach Marissa Janke.
