LeadingAge Wisconsin's MDS meeting will be held in-person at Cranberry Country Lodge (319 Wittig Rd, Tomah) from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. on Wednesday, September 24, 2025.

REMINDER: If you have not renewed or signed up for membership to the MDS Innovation Team for 2025 yet, please register your facility for the 2025 MDS team membership prior to the meeting. Registration is per facility, not per organization. Only LeadingAge Wisconsin members and subscribers can participate in MDS meetings.
