This week, LeadingAge Wisconsin members, business partners, and staff took to Washington DC for three action-packed days as part of the 2025 LeadingAge Leadership Summit.

Our presence as an organization was notable across the event, both in terms of numbers and contributions to the event programming. Sarah Malchow from Cedar Communities and Kelly Kramer from Hillview Health Care Center both participated in insightful panel discussions that addressed some of the most pressing challenges—and exciting opportunities—in our field.

Kelly Kramer (second from left, Hillview Health Care Center) took part in a powerful discussion on the future of skilled nursing, sharing strategies for transforming this essential service line while navigating workforce challenges, reimbursement pressures, and rising costs.
