Congratulations to Renaissance by Rennes of Wisconsin Rapids, recognized on November 20 at the DHS Focus Conference in Green Bay as the 2025 Heather Bruemmer WCCEAL Provider Award recipient for Assisted Living Quality.

It was a special moment made even more meaningful by the strong showing of support. Representatives from five Rennes communities—along with a team from Rennes Group headquarters—joined Ali Mancl and her Wisconsin Rapids team to celebrate this outstanding achievement.

Renaissance’s leadership continues to demonstrate what it means to lead with intention and heart, cultivating a culture of warmth, respect, and positivity for residents, families, and staff.

Their commitment to developing the caregiving workforce stands out as well. Through partnerships with local high schools and technical colleges, Renaissance supports Youth Apprenticeship programs and will soon launch its Excellence in Caregiving Program, offering advanced training and professional development to support caregiver confidence and career advancement.

Congratulations again to the entire Renaissance by Rennes team. Your excellence sets a powerful example for the long-term care community.
