Robert “Bob” Archer, life enrichment director at Dimensions Living® Appleton, has been awarded the 2026 Memory Care Innovation Award by WTWH Healthcare. This award honors the people focused on providing innovative cognitive care delivery across the behavioral health, home health and home care, hospice and palliative care, senior living, and skilled nursing industries.

“Thank you to WTWH Healthcare for this prestigious award,” Archer said. “The Dimensions Living Appleton team and I are devoted to providing our residents and families with an enriched senior living experience. The health and happiness of our residents mean everything to me, so I am thankful to have the opportunity to connect them with the tremendous care and services they deserve.”

Since Archer joined Dimensions Living Appleton five years ago, he has brought with him a true passion for enriching residents’ spiritual wellness. He begins everyday with devotions and, as an ordained non-denominational clergy member, provides a colorful and poignant spiritual connection with community elders. Archer weaves into several programs his strong spiritual guidance while his Sunday services are one of the most well-attended programs by both residents and family members. Many of the community’s residents felt that traditional services did not offer the support they needed to navigate life's challenges effectively. With Archer also leading Dimensions Living Appleton’s spiritual wellness programming, his passion can be seen in the altar he has created for residents. It’s become a space with a beautiful array of stained glass, paintings, and other meaningful spiritual adornments that’s treasured by many.

The Memory Care Innovation Award Class of 2026 will be featured in upcoming WTWH Healthcare publications and at WTWH Healthcare’s inaugural TRENDS Conference taking place in Chicago, Ill. on August 4-6, 2026.

“The Memory Care Innovation Awards highlight the leaders who are blending innovation and dedication to advance care for individuals living with memory-related conditions,” Tim Mullaney, vice president and editorial director of WTWH Healthcare, said. “Across care settings, this year’s honorees are advancing new approaches that improve outcomes, elevate quality of life and support caregivers. Their work not only reflects where the field is today, but points to where it must go next.”

Dimensions Living Appleton is managed by Health Dimensions Group® (HDG®), an associate member of LeadingAge Wisconsin.
