M3 Insurance is proud to announce that Sara Kekula has been named a 2026 Wisconsin Insurance Power Player, an honor awarded by the Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin (IIAW) to leaders making a meaningful impact across the independent insurance industry.

Sara was selected as one of only 25 individuals statewide following an extensive nomination and review process conducted by the IIAW Executive Committee and staff. Honorees are recognized for their innovation, leadership, and dedication to advancing the insurance profession.

Sara was nominated for her professional influence, commitment to excellence, and leadership serving senior living and social service organizations. Through her work, she helps organizations navigate risk while staying focused on what matters most: caring for vulnerable populations.

“Sara brings both expertise and perspective to everything she does,” said Brad Reitzner, Executive Vice President and Partner at M3. “She understands the regulatory, operational, and workforce challenges facing senior living and social service organizations and turns that insight into solutions that make a real difference. This recognition from IIAW is well deserved.”

Her recognition reflects not only her individual contributions, but also M3’s continued investment in developing forward-thinking leaders who help shape the future of insurance.
