Our December meeting will focus on clinical education related to medication errors and mobility equipment decision making, including:

• How to make an initial decision on when to transfer from using an EZ stand to a Hoyer lift while ensuring resident safety
• Clinical indicators for equipment transitions
• How to successfully prove equipment transition decisions to surveyors
• Review of members' recently reported medication errors and how to properly follow up on errors

CEUs will be available for NHAs.
