10-11 a.m.: Food Safety Escape Room

11 a.m.-12 p.m.: Cost Control Jeoparody Game and New Spend Management Toolkit

12-12:30 p.m.: Lunch

12:30-2 p.m.: IDDSI Resources and Product Testing

Objectives:

Apply critical thinking and teamwork to solve food safety challenges under time constraints.
Identify key drivers of food cost, waste, and operational efficiency within their dining program.
Identify resources and specialized products to consistency serve IDDSI diet textures.

CEUs:

This program has been approved for Continuing Education for 3.5 participant hours by NAB/NCERS for Nursing Home Administrators.CEUs will also be available to Registered Dieticians and Certified Dietary Managers.
