Please ensure that your facility has paid membership to the MDS Innovation Team for 2026 prior to attending the next meeting. If you are unsure if your facility has paid for 2026, please email Taylor Raether.

Please park in the main parking lot in the front. Enter through the front doors and take a slight left down the hall. Go straight until you reach the Chapel.
