As resident acuity continues to increase, assisted living communities are caring for residents with more complex needs and providing a greater level of support than ever before. This changing resident population presents both challenges and opportunities including how we assess and respond to changing needs, appropriately increase services, adapt staffing, and ensure our care models and revenue structures reflect the level of support residents require. How are other communities navigating this shift successfully? Let’s learn from one another and share practical strategies that are working.

This will be a highly interactive conversation, so come prepared to share your experiences, challenges, and successful strategies.

Please bring:

• 5+ copies of your current care level details including the services provided and how you structure and price care levels.
• Your licensed staffing patterns, especially as resident care needs change.
• Examples of how your organization has successfully increased services while supporting resident needs and maintaining a strong census.

We’ll use these materials to compare approaches, identify best practices, and explore opportunities to better align resident services, staffing, care levels, census, and revenue.
