Booth space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each booth includes expo access and lunch for up to two booth representatives, a 6-foot skirted table, two chairs, a waste basket, and pipe and drape. Valley Expo Displays will handle all logistics for shipping, electrical, and any extras, such as a carpeted booth, extra chairs, etc.
Full conference registration, including access to attendee social events and meals (other than lunch at the expo), must be purchased separately. Please see our conference website to purchase conference registrations. You may also purchase expo registrations for additional booth representatives on the conference website.
Hotel room blocks have been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Green Bay and the Hampton Inn Green Bay Downtown. Please see our conference website for details.
Tradeshow open: 11:45am-2:15pm on September 30th
Vendor move-in: 4:00pm-7:00pm on September 29th AND/OR 8:00am-11:30am on September 30th
Move out: 2:30-4:30pm on September 30th
EXHIBITOR TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Agreement
By submitting an application and/or payment, the Exhibitor agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions as set forth by LeadingAge Wisconsin.
2. Booth Space & Assignment
Booth spaces are assigned at the discretion of LeadingAge Wisconsin. LeadingAge Wisconsin reserves the right to modify booth locations if necessary for overall event operations.
3. Payment & Fees
All exhibitor fees must be paid in full by the stated deadline. Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of booth space without refund.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds may be provided, less $300 fee, until September 1. No refunds will be made after September 1.
5. Setup & Breakdown
Exhibitors must adhere to designated setup and breakdown times. Early breakdown or late setup without approval may result in penalties or exclusion from future events.
6. Use of Space
Exhibitors may only use the space allocated to them and must not obstruct aisles or neighboring booths. All displays must be safe, professional, and appropriate for the event.
7. Conduct
Exhibitors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner. LeadingAge Wisconsin reserves the right to remove any exhibitor engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior without refund.
8. Liability & Insurance
LeadingAge Wisconsin is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to exhibitor property. Exhibitors are responsible for their own insurance coverage and liability.
9. Compliance
Exhibitors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue policies, including fire and safety codes.
10. Marketing & Promotion
By participating, Exhibitors grant LeadingAge Wisconsin permission to use their company name, logo, and booth images for promotional purposes related to the event.
11. Force Majeure
LeadingAge Wisconsin shall not be held liable for cancellation or changes due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
12. Amendments
LeadingAge Wisconsin reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Exhibitors will be notified of any significant changes.
13. Acceptance
Participation in the event constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
