Our I-LEAD community group is intended to offer a collective space for our 2025-26 Fellows, Facilitators, and Coaches to connect together, building on the momentum of the program. This group discusses lessons learned, shares ideas on how to resolve issues within their communities, and maintains a strong connection of their peers in the current cohort.
